****IMPORTANT****
If you are trying to book on the weekends or hours not listed please call (254)952-7788 and speak with the studio manager to make these appointments. Weekend appointments should be booked no later than 6:00pm on the Friday before the weekend requested.
We appreciate your business.
BOOKINGS
1. All bookings will be made more than 48 hours in advance. Scheduling your booking 48 hours out will prevent any late reservation fees. Bookings scheduled 48-24 hours out will incur a $20.00 late reservation fee. Bookings scheduled 24 or less to appointment will incur a $20.00 late reservation fee. This is the responsibility of the photographer to ensure that all payments are made on time.
2. Deposits are required to be paid immediately and upon request for the booking. Any deposit not paid within 24 hours will cancel the booking. Without the deposit you have NO scheduled booking.
3. Cancellations can be made 48 hours from the scheduled booking without any penalty. Any cancellation made 48 hours to the time of scheduled booking will cause a loss of the deposit. The deposit is your place holder for that time slot thus the studio cannot be rented to anyone else. Therefore, a late cancellation will default the entire deposit. All cancellations made within more than 48 hours of the scheduled booking will not be penalized and the entire deposit will fully be refunded.
4. Final payment will be paid before the shoot begins. NO EXCEPTIONS!
5. Bookings are only scheduled on the hour. Example 1:00pm, 2:00pm, & 3:00pm. Plus bookings are only scheduled in hour increments. 1 hour, 2 hours, & 3 hours.
STUDIO OPERATIONS
6. Each photographer is required to show at least 15 minutes prior to the booking to start with set-up. The photographer is solely responsible for the set-up of the set. This includes lights, backdrops, and furniture. The photographer can bring assistants or ask the owner to help but the owner will not be obligated to help or assist with setup or the shoot if he has other work that is required to maintain studio operations. If the photographer has never shot in the studio before it is highly recommended that you schedule an additional hour for your booking. This additional hour will help you learn where the equipment is located, understand how to work the lights and light meter, and arrange the set as needed.
7. Any additional time needed that will exceed 15 minutes for setup will be billed as an additional hour.
8. The photographer is solely responsible for the clean-up and return of all equipment to the state it was in upon arrival. The dressing room should be cleaned, picked-up after, and returned to its original state. If you arrive and the studio previously has not been put away or furniture not returned, then you will be required to return the studio to the state the studio was in when you arrived.
9. If at any time before, during, or after the photographer notices that any equipment is broken or not operating properly it is the responsibility of the photographer to report this information to the owner. Please, treat all equipment as if the equipment is your own. This will help with the maintenance of the equipment and ensure that the equipment is ready for use on your next visit.
10. The Studio Owner and Studio Manager have full access to the entire studio during studio rentals. Private Studio space does not mean that the operators of the studio are excluded from the space. Curtains will be shut during private studio rental but that is what private studio rental means. Shut curtains, no other models or photographers enter, but the owner and the manager will always have the right to enter as needed.
PATRONS
11. The photographer will ensure that his/her party conducts themselves in a professional manner and does not break or damage equipment. All patrons of the studio will be considerate of others in the studio and others in the surrounding areas. This is a professional environment and should be treated as such.
12. Children will not be allowed to run or roam freely in the studio. If children are present and are part of the shoot, then they will be expected to act in a manner according to a professional environment. Children that are not part of the shoot will not be permitted in the studio without a parent/guardian that is not part of the shoot. This parent/guardian will attend to the child/children at all times. If this is not being done to the satisfaction of the owner, he has a right to ask the parent/guardian to take the child/children out of the facility.
13. Any other conduct not conducive to a professional environment can be cause for removal. The owner does have the right to deny entrance and if this does happen there will be no return of deposit or final payment.
OWNER’S GUARANTEE
14. Owner will work with the photographer if an emergency for the owner does arise. Other than rescheduling or refunding, other options can be offered.
15. Owner will provide equipment associated with being able to conduct a normal photoshoot. Any additional equipment may be present but is not a requirement for the studio. It will be the responsibility of the photographer to provide this extra equipment as needed. Specialty equipment is not a studio standard.
16. Although the equipment is covered with insurance the renter agrees to pay the deductible if there is any damage to the equipment caused by the renter.
